Pinda Swedana is an Ayurvedic treatment that is simultaneously nourishing and detoxifying. Warm bolus’s are filled with herbs, rice, milk or sand and massaged over the entire body, focusing on the joints. Pinda Swedana works to ease muscle pain, arthritis pain, improve circulation and help with sleep issues. Each treatment is customized with specific ingredients tailored to individuals needs.

Chakra re-balancing is an ancient Ayurvedic practice in which the chakras and marma points are stimulated, moved, and released energetically. The treatment begins with a 30 minute massage with warm oil. Next gentle touch and the placement of crystals and a tuning fork are used on various marma points and chakras throughout the body. When we work with marmani we can control the prana (or energy) that runs through the body and into our higher consciousness. These marma points hold negative emotions and nervous tension as well as energy. The nadis are the subtle pathways that carries energy from one point to another. When we regularly release the accumulation of unhelpful energy, we can find more peace, calm, balance and purpose within our day to day lives and strengthen our nervous system.

A traditional Ayurvedic therapy involving warm oil which is poured and contained into a ring made of dough. The Basti can be applied on to the back, neck, knees, chest, or stomach. This treatment helps to nourish and strengthen the underlying tissue and can relieve ailments such as backache, sciatica, arthritis, stomach pain and nervous disorder.

Shirodhara is a traditional Ayurvedic treatment in which warm
oil is
continuously poured over the scalp and across the browline, focusing on the 3rd eye, in a soothing, streamlined motion. This treatment creates a deep sense of relaxation and aids in turning off the busy mind. The back and forth motion of the warm oil helps to synchronize the left and the right brain, enabling the perfect environment to reach a deep meditative state. It aids those who suffer from sleep problems or insomnia.

Abyhanga is a traditional Ayurvedic full body massage, starting at the scalp and face and working down to the feet. Large amounts of warm oil are used in this treatment, to stabilize the nervous system, increase circulation, nourish and hydrate the skin and guide lymphatic fluid back towards the heart, aiding in detoxification and deep relaxation.

Nasya begins with a head, neck, face and shoulder massage to stimulate the lymph nodes in the head and help drain the sinuses. Eucalyptus and lemon steam is administered followed by the inhalation of medicated nose drops.
Benefits include eliminating toxins from sinuses, throat and nose, helping to clear brain fog, and keeps nasal passages clear and open.
